We are excited to announce the Grand Opening of our brand new, state-of-the-art medical practice, located at 3650 Route 112, Coram, NY 11727.  We provide the following medical services:  Primary Care, Cardiology, Allergy & Immunology, Podiatry and Physical Therapy in our new PT suite.  We also offer on site laboratory services.  Having everything all under one roof  is very convenient and provides a “team” as  the providers work together to coordinate each patient’s medical care and treatment.  We specialize in early detection and prevention of disease. Our providers and staff share the belief that our patients are part of our extended family, and we take pride in our personal service to our patients
