Foreclosures, From the 30 Day Notice to the Conformation of Sale

On April 20th, CAI Long Island hosted its monthly meeting at the Summerfield Club in Holtsville, providing an excellent opportunity for HOA and Condominium leaders to connect and network with professionals in the community living industry. I had the opportunity to attend the monthly meeting.

The meeting topic was Foreclosures, From the 30 Day Notice to the Conformation of Sale. Attendees were able to learn about the latest developments and best practices in condo governance and leadership as they relate to foreclosing. The presenter was Melissa b. Schlactus, ESQ of Taylor, Eldridge & Endres.

Membership in CAI Long Island comes highly recommended for anyone considering running for their HOA, Co-op, or Condo Board. Moreover, many states require Board Managers and HOA Directors to become members of this internationally recognized organization and complete the 6-hour course on BOARD LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP. The next workshop is scheduled to be held at Belfor Property Restoration on Saturday, May 6th.

Membership in CAI Long Island should be considered essential for all Boards as it offers access to valuable resources, including educational opportunities, networking events and legislative advocacy. The organization helps its members stay current with emerging trends and best practices in the community living industry.
